I like Oxo products. The quality is good and the prices are reasonable. I haven't used this yet, but it looks like it's gonna be fine.

OXO QUALITY
THIS 4 CUP MEASURING CUP IS A WELL KEPT SECRET. GREAT FOR ANY LIQUIDS IN THE MICROWAVE. HEAVY MEANS QUALITY WITH A SILICONE HANDLE. WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE?

Best 4 cup available
Easy to read measurements and no slip handle. Says it's shatter proof. Hope I never have to find out, because I love this measuring cup!

Unfortunately, the markings on this "measuring cup" disappeared the first time it was washed in the dishwasher. Still works fine as a storage/mixing cup and to heat things in the microwave, but as a measuring cup, no.

Not up to Oxo Standards
The cup was bought to replace a Pyrex 4 quart measuring cup. I used it to boil water in the microwave for tea. The measuring numbers totally came off the Pyrex cup. The main reason I bought the Oxo measuring cup was to see if the cup could pour without liquid running around the spout to the cup bottom. The Oxo cup still allows water to flow around the spout to the cup bottom. Disappointed in this product.

Good Cup just don't wash it
Purchased with the 2 cup version because the marking had faded off my pyrex. Within 2 months the marking had mostly faded off. OXO did replace for free but I will not be washing with anything harsher than water or scrubbing with anything besides a paper towel. The claim dishwasher safe but that seems to only apply to the glass and the handle the markings are not cleaning proof (dishwasher or hand)
