great to open smaller jars.
I can open small to medium sized jars easily. doesn't work on larder lids such as 60 oz. peanutbutter

I'd definitely buy this again!
This jar opener works really great. I've always had problems opening jar lids. This is so easy to use and opens jars quick and smoothly. This is the second OXO product I have bought and I have not been disappointed. I wholeheartedly recommend purchasing.

At 68 & 79 years old my husband and I love this tool. We just don't have the grip that we once had.

Opening jars can be a hassle that's why I thought I would purchase this do I wouldn't have to struggle to open up a jar.

Needs to open jars with about a 3 inch diameter.
Wanted to use the opener on large lids, such as the lids on the grapefruit jars. The lids are about 3 inches in diameter (or slightly more).

Sounds good on paper, but if I had the strength to use this product I wouldn't need it, I could open jars on my own
