I actually feel safe using this spiralizer. Others I have used have questionable designs. This one is easy to use and the design helps keep my fingers safe during use. Its very lightweight. It is easy to store away and it is made of sturdy material.
I've been using the OXO GG Handheld Spiralizer and it's very easy to use and surprisingly versatile. The compact size is perfect for small kitchens, and it creates clean, even spirals with minimal effort. It feels sturdy, stores easily, and is simple to assemble and clean. Great for quick veggie noodles and everyday healthy meals.
A necessary product in the kitchen, it helps in the preparation of salads, is quiet, comfortable and easy to use, has great stability on flat surfaces, and is easy to clean.
The grip feels comfortable and secure, and I like that my hands stay safely away from the blades. It does take a little pressure, but nothing too difficult for everyday cooking
So easy to use! Cuts into perfectly fun spirals! Easy to clean and don't have to worry about cutting myself. Can take it anywhere and is well made.
I LIVE BY THIS PRODUCT! I love it so much! 90% of the time I use zucchini, but I've used yellow squash too. I've had it for a couple years now and nothing has gotten dull or rusty. And I haven't hurt myself on it either. Next I've gotta try potatoes or even apples for my salad!
This Works perfectly! I used it for my first time when substituting noodles for zuchinni and i was amazed. The zuchinni noodles stay crunchy and theres not much waste at all! It takes up no space at all in my kitchen. I believe the picture soeaks for itself, literally beginner friendly!
Safer way to spiralizing. Only allows a short amount so no super long “noodles” but gets the job done. I find it a safe tool for kids to help in the kitchen, supervised of course.
Like many people, I loved the vegetable spiralizer trend until I realized how easy it was to cut yourself while trying to clean the tool, and still not being able to get a fully clean spiralizer at the end of the cleaning ordeal. For months I have left my zoodle recipes shelved, but now that I'm thinking about regularly using them again! For those short on space, this handheld spiralizer fits very nicely in a drawer, has very sharp blades, and isn't going to decapitate your finger when you try to fully wash it. A little faucet hose pressure, and a wipe against the larger blade left my entire spiralizer clean of leftover zucchini and I couldn't be happier. The top is a little tough to pull off out-of-the-package, just have to apply extra force--it doesn't screw off. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I was very excited to try this han-dheld spiralizer, as I make zoodles frequently and it’s a bit of a pain to take out my big set & make room on the counter, etc. I had high hopes. It’s a cute product and a great idea… but it turned out to be pretty hard to use. It took me a while to even figure out how to use it, as the top does not come off easily! Once you do get it off, you have to lift a protective shield off the blade – be careful! It does not come off easily either. But then you stick a zucchini in and are ready to go… Except it turns out to be pretty hard to hold the bottom still with one hand and turn the zucchini with the other. My nine-year-old son had to help me in the end, holding the base down while I turned and turned and turned the zucchini! It was fun to see the zoodles coming out the other end, but dang – my wrist got tired! Once the zucchini got down far enough that we could put the top back on, it was a lot easier. I really wish the cylinder was as high as the zucchini and you could use the top the whole way somehow. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
