OXO SoftWorks Non Stick Cheese Plane Slicer

I always feel secure in purchasing OXO products. They usually cost more than similar products by other companies but they are most certainly worth it. This cheese slicer is no exception. Once you give it a try and get the hang of it you can adjust the thickness of the slice you are looking for. And it is well constructed and easy to clean. Highly recommended.

This item was exactly what I needed for my cheese blocks. It's not too flimsy when you use it and it works smoothly. I used for medium cheeses or soft cheeses. I did not try on any hard cheeses. I would recommend this item for your charcuterie board needs!

This tool has made slicing blocks of cheese for sandwiches quick and easy. I especially like the the thin slices that it makes. Great tool! Would recommend for everyone's kitchen.

This cuts well and handle is comfortable. I like it. I use it almost daily and it has held up well though I do choose to handwash it.
