OXO Tot Transitions Straw Cup, Teal, 9 oz, 2-Pack

The overall concept and design is great. The only complaint is with the straw. There should be a straw cleaner included, or a purchase replacement option made available. With the focus on the environment these days, the goal is to decrease landfill garbage. Therefore, doesn't this company stand to gain recognition by adding replacement and cleaning options? Why should consumers have to throw the whole sippy cup out because of an uncleanable or worn out, but an easily replaced part? Just a suggestion, and thanks for listening.

I found the transitions Straw cup Set to be an excellent choice for transitioning from bottle to cup it is highly portable with a convenient size for taking anywhere the adjustable features and removable handles allow it to adapt as the baby grows it is lightweight making it easy for tittle hands to hold the material feels sturdy and durable and the included accessories are useful and easy to clean making daily use much more convenient

My daughter has always been very particular with which bottles she likes. I was wondering what would happen when it was time for her to switch to a more age-appropriate drinking vessel. OXO's Tot Transitions Straw Cup is the answer to all that! The straw keeps the same sucking motion so she took to it right away. My favorite part is that there aren't any leaks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cup is great. No need to worry about spills as it truly is leak proof. The straw took my son a few tries to get a hang of but once he figured it out it went great. Kids do have to put pressure on the straw for the liquid to come out, but not much is needed. It is also very easy to clean as it comes apart well into four parts. I am very happy with it and will definitely be buying another one.

This OXO tot transitions straw cup is a great cup. It's durable and well made. It has held up to many drops and throws by my rambunctious toddler. He can drink out of it so easily and it has been spill proof so far. It has easily become his new favorite cup. It is easy to clean but you may need a straw cleaner to thoroughly clean the straw. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This straw cup has been amazing! My daughter started learning to drink from a straw at 9 months old but was to young to learn how the cup works. My daughter is 14 months old now and has used this cup at least once a day but still needs alittle guidance with it. The cup is very simple to use but she forgets to bit down in the straw alittle so that the whole in the straw opens and the liquid can flow through. Now thats only a small problem because once i remind her that she has to bite down she can easily drink her juice. This feature of the cup is actually great because i am no longer cleaning up spilled juiced that leaked from a sippy cup. There is also a push shut cover to close on top like a lid that keeps the straw clean for easy traveling. This straw cup is also very easy to was there are just 3 parts to washing it and putting it back together.

Good starter sippy cup. Baby needs to bite the straw to get liquid out. Get ready to replace the straw regularly. Cup also scratches easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love these cups. The design is beautiful. The cups come apart easily for cleaning, which allows the ability to dry thoroughly and prevent any mildew. The shape of the straw is slightly oval, which is easy for little mouths. I also liked that the materials are sturdy and durable; it is not cheap plastic that I'm worried will flake off while my child is drinking. It even passed the drop test, as she dropped a cup with 4 oz of milk and not a bit spilled onto the floor. The problem that we couldn't get around was the suction. The straw requires the child to both suck and bite down in order to get the drink out. My 15 month is already used to straw cups and straws that do not require the "bite." This added addition of biting down with the suction is keeping her from getting any liquid out. We've been trying for a few days, but so far we've had to take the lid off and insert a longer, regular straw for her to get anything out. I think we'll keep trying because we like everything else about the cup, but I'm not sure if it's a step backwards, as my older kids don't have to bite down on straws to get suction out. So as much as I want to use these, so far they are unfortunately not working for us.

Easy to drink from but it does leak and the shield pops off when dropped. Disappointed in the quality with such a high price point
