It was a little confusing to set up the timer, but when you do, it's really cool to experience dawn and dusk. Nice to know that the fish will get the light and dark cycle when I am out of town. I already have a food distribution system in timer for when I am gone, so now it's good to go.

great light at a great price. the automatic mode is easy to setup and the color changes are natural looking. we timed the light to come on at 6am when we wake up, so it served as a wake up light as well. low orange sunrise starts the cycle. at night the light switches to a deep blue, then shuts off until sunrise mode. we're happy with this purchase

This is a great tank for my 10 gallon aquarium. I previously bought this same light for a larger aquarium and liked it so well, I bought another for my smaller tank. It's easy to use, the colored lights are a nice feature and it looks great on my tank.

i have been using this light as a replacement from the original that came with the lid to the tank a reto fitted it with hot glue works great and love the daytime to night time mode.

Love this light with the timer that automatically goes on and shuts off with an early morning daybreak light to full spectrum light to dusk which looks like a glow light.

works great the timer is perfect and the setting for the 24 hour setup is so cool starts with mornings the light is like sunrise and moves through day brite and ends up in the blue light for night

Fish are calmer on a timer allowing them their downtime and not be under the light cuts down on the Green building Up on the tank causing more cleaning Awesome solved two problems!

This is the best light for my fish tank. I have live plants and the multiple different lighting fixtures is wonderful. My three year-old son loves to see all the different colors.

This is a great light, easy to set up and use. We bought a similar light for another tank through Amazon and this one is way nicer and has more features. I was surprised to find you can set it to one color, full spectrum or changing colors, it seems pretty sturdy compared to the other light we ordered. Very happy with this purchase.

As long as you don't expect it to work by itself in the sunrise timed mode and just want it to turn on when to push a button it works fine. I had to hook up a timer to make it turnoff and turn it on.
