Ozark Trail 10 ft x 10 ft Straight Leg Instant Pop-Up Canopy with Simple Push Setup, White

i have been using the slant leg for years, but i could not find it in white. the straight leg version is heavier, sturdier, and much easier to raise. the cover has a nylon feel, and it offers a true 10' of coverage, ozark trail has been a reliable provider of my canopies for 7 years of beach vacations. the drawbacks are the string anchors, they should be sand bags, and there is no handle to carry the canopy. you must roll it, two carry it, or throw it over your shoulder. i attached a strap so you can carry it with one hand. the price is quite steep, twice as much as the slant version, but comparable to others the same size.

We had many requirements for use at a community garden and this item met them all: easy setup with central handle, pinch-proof leg latches, excellent sun reflectivity and rain proofing, easy Velcro attachments for the top, portable case with multiple handles, integrated wheels and internal pouch for stakes, integrated guy lines, 8 tent stakes provided, instructions attached to the tarp, two pouches in the top for incidental storage. After examining it I purchased a second one and used both the next day in moderate rain, no problem.

We had a hard time setting this up the first time, until we figured out that we needed to leave the four legs as short as they can go so one of us could crawl under the canopy, stand up in the center, reach up to the peak of the frame, then pull down the top and push up on the center handle at the same time. Once that center mechanism pops into place, we can finish extending the legs. It seems to be clicking into place easier every time we set it up, so this whole routine may not be necessary forever. My teenager can even put up the whole thing by herself now that we understand what to do. Once it is set up, it's good quality for the money. The dark green looks great, too.

The canopy itself is well made and goes up easily when you follow directions. We put it up in a breeze and had no problems. HOWEVER, we did not get the color we ordered! Hence the 4 star rating rather than 5. If color is important to you ordering through Walmart may not be the best idea.

Not the same quality as past purchased canopy. I have purchased three or four of these over the years and always loved them but the construction on this one is way inferior to the one I purchased over a year ago. This one broke while we were popping it up. We compared them side by side and this frame is thinner and cheaper made than the previous. This used to be our go to brand for pop up canopy’s but I will be trying a different brand next time.

The canopy is easy to put up and take down. I didn't find a problem with the material. i have it two stars because we left the unit in the rain and water settled on the top causing the unit to collapse causing the frame to break. Based on the construction one would think the water would ruin of of the roof. I had all of the velcro attachments securely fastened also.

Purchased to use at the beach and broke upon first use. I have used canopies before and know how to put them up and down. No user error here! We could not pack back up to safely bring home to request refund. No options due to didn’t buy protection plan.

Do not order any item to be delivered. The delivery person drives by your house, snaps an unclear picture of your house while in the car and then steals your merchandise. Even having proof with your Ring camera does not get you a refund. Walmart will just lie to you and tell you a credit is coming when it never does. Horrible company.

Had holes/rips in it from the very first time it was opened up and canopy was put on the frame. Very poor quality canopy and don't even try to use the handles on the carrying bag to pick up or pull the bagged canopy because they are so weak that they just fall apart the moment a little resistance is applied to them. This was just purchased on July 7 and used 3 times over the next 4 days and couldn't even last being put together right out of the packaging.Not happy with this product and will be returning this.

Get something different. This thing? It's ungodly heavy. with three grown adults trying to set it up, it was a major struggle. it went up once, down once, and is going BACK to where it came from. i have zero opinion on quality or value for the money. we didn't get that far into our journey.
