I will start with the rugged feel of the outer shell. It's definitely some type of non-slip coating. although it's 24 oz it is compact enough for me to carry around in a cargo pocket while taking care of my farm making my rounds. It keeps my coffee nice and hot which for me makes it drinkable. I can't wait till this summer to take it on hikes filled with ice water. The only thing I would change on this if I could is possibly an optional lid that is a watertight flip top for easy sipping. I love the fact that this is dishwasher safe. I would not have gotten this if it was not. I have put other travel mugs in the dishwasher and it breaks the seal between the two outer walls and it would be no longer thermal. But this one is holding up perfectly has described. I definitely recommend it and will be checking out their other products. I'm thoroughly impressed.
It's a aqua blue with a black handle lid. It's well built and sturdy and easy to carry around from room to room. The one night I put ice and water in it to test out how long it would stay cold. I woke up in the morning and most of the ice was melted but the water was ice cold. I fill it up with filtered water from our refrigerator and the water tastes so good from this bottle. I own like 10 water bottles and this one has became my favorite because of keeping my water cold longer and it's refreshing. I also prefer this bottle over my others due to the fact it is the easiest bottle to carry with the comfortable handle at the top of the bottle. I have 3 boys under 3 and I have to have a lid to keep them from spilling my water. This is wonderful for me to have in my daily busy life. Definitely recommend.
I like this Ozark Trail 24oz Lightweight Bottle in tan. It works well at keeping liquids hot or cold. It is very light weight and easy to carry. I use it when hiking, on the beach, and when kayaking. Very convenient way to keep your drink hot or cold and it looks good too. A very good product.
This bottle stays cold all day. I think you may need a water bottle cover for the really cold drinks although it's not bad but if you are holding it for a while your hand can get a bit cold. It also keeps hot drinks fairly warm without burning your hand which is good. The container itself seems to be insulated. I like it especially if you out all day.
This bottle is excellent. First off, the color is sort of a greenish tan. I was expecting it to be a sand color, but it is not. I still really like the color! My husband is a UPS driver, which means long, cold days. He's been using this bottle for his coffee. The bottle is tall and narrow so it easily fits in standard automobile cup holders. He said it kept his coffee hot from start to finish... however, it didn't take him more than an hour or two to drink it. I didn't feel like that would give someone a good enough indication of how this bottle performs, so I decided to test it out in a more rigorous situation. I boiled some water and added it to the bottle. I took the temperature of the water, sealed the lid tight, set the bottle outside through the night for 12 hours (8pm to 8am). Water start temp: 210 degrees F Outdoor lowest temperature: 30 deg F Water temp after 12 hours: 115 deg F I was very impressed! The water was still so so warm that had it have been coffee, it would have still been warm enough to happily drink. If you're looking to keep liquids hot on a cold day/night, this will do the trick! It is also a universal cap size. We have an assortment of different wide mouth water bottles, both off brand and name brand. All our wide-mouth caps fit this perfectly! Look no further; you've found your next bottle.
I love that this bottle weight much lighter compared to what we have at home. I don't like carrying anything heavy when hiking especially when I'm getting exhausted. I've filled it with hot water and it kept the temperature for a long while. I prefer that it's little skinnier than my other bottles so I'd use this more often when weather gets better for my outdoor walks. The stainless steel frame gives me a peace of mind that it won't crack and/or break if I drop it. It'll just sustain a few dimples and dents, but that's okay.
This bottle really is light compared to most metal bottles. The lid screws on so there is no leaking. I tried keeping hot coffee and after 3 hours it was still warm enough to drink and enjoy. It did however keep cold water cold longer. This bottle would be great for ladies and teens. I think it would be great to keep baby formula on car trips. It also washes easily.
Standing 9" tall to the top of the lid, my bottle is dressed in a tan easy grip coating. The double walled stainless steel container holds 24 ounces of hot or cold liquid. Up top, the black heavy duty lid has a silicone gasket, and a carry handle that folds down to the bottle for storage. I'd like to say I picked this up for camping and hiking, but really it's to keep my coffee hot, eliminating the constant reheating. I tested that with a 24 ounce pot of fresh brewed coffee, mission accomplished! No sweating through or problems handling the bottle, and the coffee came out steaming hot. I didn't test cold liquids but Ozark claims cold liquids will take over 30 hours to rise 20 degrees and almost 6 hours for hot beverages to drop 40 degrees. The bottle is top rack dishwasher safe, but just as easy to clean with a bottle brush. I did notice a slight metallic taste on first use, but not enough to make it an issue. This model is available in several finishes, and should hold up well with rough use like camping and hiking.
At first, I really didn't expect too much from this water bottle, just a basic bottle. But I was really impressed with the quality when it came in. The color is spot on, not too green and not too brown. A solid neutral tan color. It does a great job of keeping my water at the temperature I like it at for at least a couple of hours. It claims to be dishwasher safe, so I tried washing it. Everything seems fine after first wash. However I did accidentally drop the water bottle in the driveway, but it dented very quickly. Other than that, I like this water bottle and it's my new everyday carry.
Perfect to keep things hot or cold. In Texas it's almost always hot, So it's a must to take water with you when you go out shopping, go camping, Or just spending time outdoors. This keeps your cold water cold for the day, but will also keep your Room temperature water from getting hot, especially if your taking This on the go and keeping this in the car. Another great thing is this This is stainless inside, so no BPA worries when keeping this in the car! This is also rugged for camping or outdoors. Wipe clean when dirty, And good size rubber carry handle, easy on your hands, and good size To hang. Also great for the gym! This has many uses and we use It all over. Would definitely recommend and buy more! Photo has water with ice and had been inside container sealed for 1 hr at time of photo, outside temperature was 85
