Durable and spacious bag
I have been using this bag for almost 4 year and continuously for various purposes like going to office, going outdoor or travelling. Still its same as it was 3 years ago. Zips are in perfect condition and no clips have broken yet. Have lot of space to carry laptop books, clothes, electonics etc. I dont see any negatives for this bag.

Needed a bag for work
I work with special needs adults and needed a backpack to fit everything I need when we are out and about in the community. It holds everything plus has extra room.

Life saver
I did not realize when I purchased this backpack that it had a place for a water bladder. Used this backpack at a cub scout event that lasted 12 hours. My back never hurt, I was able to stay hydrated and I was able to carry everything I needed the entire day!

Great for school
I bought this for my daughter for carrying her heavy school work. She walks to and from, and the straps are comfortable on her shoulders, and the heaviness of her books don't bother her. She loves all the pockets for her supplies!! I would definitely suggest this for kids who have lots of books to carry!

Ozark trail chateau day pack
Bought for my daughter for school. She needed one that expanded for all of her notebooks and binders. So far this has worked great for her. Does not hurt shoulders no matter how heavy it is loaded!! Fantastic!! Will absolutely buy this item again!

Greater than expected
This pack is exactly what I wanted. Love the look, the insulation... everything. This pack is going to be used for school and the storage space is more than enough. I will always buy Ozark packs now.

My favorite color
I needed a new backpack for work as I carry my laptop to and from and this bag is perfect I can even keep my lunch in the built in compartment with an ice pack.

Love it Roomy
I bough a $2 warranty thingy thinking since it's essentially my purse I'd wear it out quickly. Nope. It's been almost 2 1/2 years

Overall, a good backpack
Overall nice backpack. Has a lot of separate pockets for smaller items, but large enough for laptop or clothes. Only downfall was that I thought it would be a little lighter since I use it on my walks or riding my bike. Can't complain, for the low price it was still a good deal.
