This kayak paddle is really lightweight at only 38.8 Oz. It separates into 2 pieces for easy transport and storage. The 2 halves slide together and lock securely with a push button. The shaft is coated with a non-stick coating to help maintain a solid grip and is a comfortable diameter at 1.1 inches. This is a definite upgrade for me it feels perfect in my hands and I can't wait for the ice to melt so I can get it in the water.

The park trail paddles are light weight and easy to pickup and handle. I really the grip it has on the ends of the paddles so it makes using them effortless. I also like the color and how it blends in with the water. I definitely recommend to others who like to kayak.

I love the color of this paddle. It's definitely just a beginner level kayak paddle but it gets the job done. This paddle will work perfect for many lake days in the summer. It disconnects in the center for easy transport as well.

I am in love with the color. It is a good contrast to the water but at the same time, it works and blends with the color of nature, of the outdoors. Also, I find it easy to carry... light!

The paddles have a beautiful blue marbled pattern that is very eye-catching. It's pretty lightweight aluminum for the handle. The handle stays grippy even when wet, the water mostly rolls right off of it.
