Ozark Trail Adventure Set, 5-Pieces, Green

This was the perfect gift for my 12 and 7 yr olds. The pieces last even with their rough and tumble ways

Bought this on clearance for $5 yesterday.my 8 year old has been begging for a head lamp.so worth the $ even at regular price because batteries were included.

Got one for my 6 yr old son, then had to get one for my 7yr old daughter. They've had a great time. Cheaply made, but the lights are very bright.

I purchased three sets (one for each of my boys) before a big road trip. Sad to say this product did not live up to our expectations. Ozark has always been a decent brand for us, so I figured this would be a great set for the kids. The whistle and head lamp are the only things that did not break within the first two weeks. The compass basically fell apart as my son tried to position it, the other two broke in their bags. The flashlight end bursts off because the plastic is not strong enough to hold the pressure of the spring against the batteries (happened to two of the three flashlights). Within the first week of our trip each of the boys lost 1-3 pieces off the binoculars (there are the two eye pieces and the two pieces on the other side come off) while hiking and looking over the rail at the Grand Canyon. Very Very disappointed in the Ozark Trail Adventure Set. Wish I could get my money back. Very Very disappointed in the Ozark Trail Adventure Set. Wish I could get my money back.

Like many other reviews say... the flashlight was broken inside the box! My child has flashlights and it was on clearance so I got it anyways but the quality is bad and I'd hate for anyone to pay full price!

Purchased this for my nephew who is 9 years old. He fell in love with the set immediately but soon learned that the flashlight was not operable. Defective out the box makes the product deserving of a one star review. The product is available for an "in-store only" purchase which means I have to return the product and search the store to see in the product is still in stock. And because my nephew lives out out of state, I have extra work to do.

We purchased and returned as the flashlight was broke. Went to Purchased a 2nd one and that flashlight was broke also. Found one that wasn't broke, bought it home and took it out of the box, put in batteries only to see a crack in the flashlight. Very poor quality :(
