Ozark Trail Extendable Fire Poker, 30 inches, For Stoking Fires

Has been great the couple of times we used it. I was worried about it being extendable but no issues there.

We'd used random other items for a fire poker while camping, but then we decided to actually get a fire poker this year! The extendable (and retractable) stick was so nice because the fire is so hot. Sturdy as well. Now if there was a way to make it grab the logs!

Not sure I'd call this "heavy-duty." The extension section feels pretty flimsy, and the extension rod looked slightly rusted right out of the package. That said, for under $10, it does the job and is usable for light-duty fire pit maintenance. Just keep your expectations realistic, as the overall build quality reflects the budget price.

The quality is good for the standard length but the extended length gets flimsy. Doesn't really grab firewood well either.
