I am really glad I bought this for my trips. It works nicely to keep me clean on the go, and I take it with me whether I am camping or just vacationing. It is a nice compact size so it doesn't take up much room in a bag. The spray pressure is good and gentle, making it a great alternative when you are away from home.
I would give this an honest 4.5 stars so I'll round up to 5. The only things I'd dock it a couple of quarter stars are: 1. The extension arm would be nice to have a “click-in” mechanism to it doesn't change angles behind your back. 2. I wasn't expecting a pressure washer, but also was underwhelmed by the power. It's fine, it gets the job done. But honestly, a home bidet was life changing and having this on vacations is a godsend when you're used to having one.
A necessity when I have back surgery
Honestly, I'm so happy I bought this. I use a bidet at home all the time, so going camping or traveling without one was always a huge nightmare for me. But this little thing completely solved my problem. It's seriously perfect! The design is super simple but sturdy, and it doesn't feel like cheap plastic that'll break easily in a backpack. It's lightweight, compact, and just does the job perfectly. If you love your home bidet and also love the outdoors, you NEED this. It's a complete game-changer!
This little hand held bidet is great for camping. As someone who has limited hand/wrist mobility, I rely on a bidet to keep me fresh and clean when using the restroom.
Great to take have on hand when you are on a trip. Small and not heavy.
Never thought there would ever be a bidet that could travel with you! It took a bit of practice to learn to use correctly. Love it now!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ozark Trail Outdoor Equipment Handheld Personal Bidet can really come in handy. It can be used at home or on outdoor excursions. It's compact, easy to fill, assemble and use. You'll need just two AAA batteries and I have to mention, they made it really easy to insert them and keep them secure. You can fill the chamber with almost 5 oz of water. After I assembled and filled it, I shook it to see if it was leak proof, it is. The Bidet is rippled so you can get a solid grip and the spout is long and reaches easily. It has two power modes and in case you're not looking, the high button has a raised dot so you can tell the difference. It easily gets you the clean your looking for while also making it comfortable. Ozark is portable, easy to wash and is waterproof. It's definitely a new convenient way to take care of your business.
It's a bit small and doesn't hold much water - so take a bottle of extra water in with you. It runs out of water pretty fast and emits a water-pistol size stream. Not as good as a real bidet, but this is supposed to be portable and outdoors friendly. It is better than an episiotomy bottle; might be a little too strong on the strongest setting for those recovering from surgery. As a Crohn's sufferer I'll say this is better than nothing. I still haven't decided if I actually like it or not.
I sent this bidet back. I didn't think I would want to use it. am interested in getting one that is more permanent. I rent so not sure how to go about it. need to do more research.
