I like that it was velcro, which made it easier for my son to get on, with thicker socks he had to kind of 'push' his foot in, but with velcro on both sides it made it much easier! We haven't work it much in the snow, but he really seemed to like them for the little bit he did, he does typically have warm feet so they did a nice job keeping them warm!
I got up for my grandson who lives in Missouri. He absolutely loves them now.He thinks he can run on the snow. But from what mommy said they're easy to put on nice and snug very comfy , I would definitely recommend
I got a size up for my son, but he loves them. My only thing is when moving the velcro comes loose easily causing the shoe to be a bit clunky but again that may be because I went a size up. It is waterproof and did a great job in the snow!
Fits my 3.5 year old just right. She's happy to head out in the snow with her new boots. They keep her warm and she's able to put them on without assistance. Perfect for school and home.
Decent for boots that'll only fit for one season of playing outside. Definitely not fit for skiing etc. but worked in a pinch when I realized I had no boots that fit my kids on the first snow day. Do run a bit small, would've sized up next time to get some extra time out of them especially with thicker socks.
Ordered size 11 and they fit like 9/10. The thick lining probably makes them even tighter. I then ordered size 12 and they're perfect (my toddler normally wears 10). If your child is between sizes, go up 2 sizes. Otherwise I'm happy with them. The velcro seems very durable. My toddler can put them on independently. I really like the black rubber on the lower portion of the shoe, very practical.
These boots are very easy to put on and take off. My toddler says they keep his feet warm in the snow while sledding. But, the design is awful. The Velcro closure isn't seamless, so the clunky boots rub while walking causing the Velcro to come undone on the insides. Won't buy again, but needed boots fast so these will do.
The boots are really short. If our kid wants to play in even a small amount of snow, it's getting into the boots. The opening is really wide also, so it's hard to put any kind of snow pants over the top of them. Also, the Velcro straps always un-stick! Took a pic just to put one here, obviously we dress differently to go outside..
The velcro doesnt stay when you move. My son is 3 and he runs around and they open and snow gets in his boots. I have to get new ones as this is not okay.
my twins ripped these shows off instantly. they are so tight on the feet and hurt the side of their upper foot. just a dissapointing buy.
