Very nice camping pillow at a great price! Offers support bigger than its size even though it's not one solid piece of memory foam - the smaller memory foam fill pieces allow it to be more easily compressed which makes for a smaller pack size. Very lightweight and comes with a decent cinch-close bag for carrying. Soft enough cover to not require a separate pillowcase if you're trying to shave some ounces. If you're tight on pack space a small compression bag to replace the included carry bag would easily reduce its pack size.
We picked these up to keep in our camping setup because it just feels kinda weird to us to take our bed pillows and take them camping... maybe it's just us. Anyways, these are really nice little pillows - once you open the package they take a bit of time to decompress into their normal size and then you'll see that they're quite lofty. I am a diehard side sleeper so I'm very happy about the loft. Also, can I just say that the price is fantastic on these. They also come with their own drawstring bag to keep them clean in your camp box!
Nice travel pillow. Firm and nice when I nap on my side or just lay down. I think I will buy another one soon.
I bought and returned this. It isn't a bad product, but I'm car camping and have space for a much larger pillow. This one is workable and does a pretty good job for its size, but I want something larger. It fits very nicely in the supplied bag, and is easy to put back.
This item is a good size, however it is not normal memory foam. It is pretty thick and it is not very soft. If you like a very firm pillow, you will like this one. If you like a traditional memory foam material, do not get this pillow.
Worked well enough for the three nights i needed it. Thought it would be "bigger" but I've heard that before!
Two factors caused me to down-rate from 5 stars to 3: 1. Is it really memory foam? The product label attached to the cover says "polyurethane foam". GPT-5 AI says, "Memory foam is a type of polyurethane (PU) foam but not all polyurethane foam is memory foam." Further AI says, "Memory foam (viscoelastic foam) is a specialized PU foam formulated with viscoelastic additives that make it slow-recovering, pressure-relieving, and body-conforming. This pillow does not act like memory in recovery. When depressed [hard] it immediately bounces back to its original shape. 2. This pillow is overstuffed to the point of perhaps being too hard to put your head on comfortably without eventual ear pain for some people. Even if it is really memory foam it apparently is compressed so much that it is defeating its design limits for acting like memory foam. It is shredded foam in there, not solid like most memory foam products. If it had a zipper to enable removing some of the foam pieces then I would not have removed two stars. Without a zipper it becomes much less universally usable. Plusses: Nice enough outer cover, nice carrying bag Minuses: A little hard for me, no zipper on inner cover, memory foam doubtful. Don't expect any head of face form-fitting contouring.
When I first got this pillow, it seemed soft and nice. But after using it in the cold on an air mattress, it got super hard and uncomfortable. Both of us mentioned this. Maybe if we had a proper mat with a high R value, this would have been better. Good value for money though.
it's not the best feeling fill at first impression, but is fairly comfortable. it rolls up easily and stuffs back into the sack.
Made pretty well, but for my purpose as a neck support taking a nap in my recliner, I removed quite a bit foam pieces from it, then sew it up.
