This chair does not hurt my back like so many other foldable chairs do. Another plus is that it is small, so it doesn't weigh very much. If you are a big person, or have wide shoulders, you may find it uncomfortable. But it fits me great. (I am 5'5" and 113lbs.) My husband has no complaints, either. He's 5'10" and 145lbs or so. Just a tip - if you plan to use it mostly in hot weather, don't choose the black one. Go for a color that doesn't absorb so much sunlight. The fabric really heats up in the sunshine! (Which is awesome for chilly days, but not for summer.)

This is a great item for the price, unfortunately the employees at this particular store were rude and dismissive and I spent over an hour 1/2 trying to get information, but was either hung up on or purposely hung up on after 2 rings because they could see my phone number. I finally spoke with an employee in a different department who in turn got me to a manager and got my order checked on. Worse service I've ever had from any store in over 60 years. As far as online service and customer service, awful.

For the price point, these are really good chairs! I purchased several of them to have on hand for tailgating season, and they have been great! There are more comfortable chairs out there if you plan to sit for a long period of time, but for our use, they are perfect.

I bought these chairs for my kids age 5 and 8 and they are great for them. I can also sit in these, I'm 5'7" 175lbs but these are on a smaller side, and not that comfortable for me but doable. But if you are bigger than that I would go with their oversized chairs, which I use for myself and those are comfortable. I like these smaller chairs for the kids or when we go on a boat, we take them with us to use by the lake, because they don't take much room on the boat and are lightweight, easy to carry.

I needed a light weight chair to watch soccer games. Always have to walk a ways to the fields and most of the other chairs were just to heavy for me, a woman. They seem to be made for a woman as it is small. Could fit a smaller man. Feels sturdy. Very happy with it,

we've always used these chairs whenever we go to the coast or camping or festivals. but now we're actually going to replace our patio furniture with these chairs they collapse easily and can be put up in small spaces during rain. I'm going to carry two for me and my wife in my bronco as our travel seats, as we are getting ready to retire.

This folding chair is really practical! It feels very sturdy and well-built, giving a strong sense of safety when sitting on it without any wobbling. Folding and unfolding is super easy, and it saves a lot of space when stored. The seat and backrest are designed for comfort, so you can sit for a long time without feeling tired. I like it!

Over the past 2 years I have bought about 20 of these collapsible camping chairs in a rainbow of beautiful colors (this Royal Blue is brighter than navy and very close to the blue color sports teams use). These are comfortable for me at just shy of 150lbs, 5'7 and don't have heavy thighs or a large but. Looking at the chair, the front supports would press against wider thigh and be uncomfortable -or people who spread their legs while sitting in them could be uncomfortable (man spreading?) The seat width is 18.5 inches, but the area between the front support rods is about 15" wide to fit your thighs between on the seating area. The height of the seating area is 15.5" off the ground, but with the "hammock effect" of sitting in it, will have you sag closer to the ground than that. The back of the chair goes up to 31.5" off the ground at the back support poles. The area between the support poles on the back section is also about 15" wide -my shoulders just fit between them to be comfortable for me. In case you care about the height of the back part of the chair, it is about 16" from where it joins the seat to the top of the back. The cup holder's rubber edged opening is just about 3" across and the netting is about 3.5" deep. My water and soda bottles fit fine -maybe some of those larger thermos type bottles might not? (Don't have those so can't test that.) The colors are beautiful, the fabric is a textured tent like canvas blended with polyester/plastic for water resistant qualities. Mine have not faded from being in the sun most of the summer. I have put them away (easily in deck boxes) on most rainy or really windy days...so easy to move, just fold and tuck away. Keep 2 in my car, just in case I stop somewhere to do something and want a seat with me (at a park, visiting an outdoor event, etc.) My issue is one stated by others, annoying, but fixable (shouldn't need to) : The screw under the (left) arm rest pulls through the hole in the canvas leaving it unattached. Local hardware store had a good solution: Put a washer between the screw(s) and fabric! Unsure why the manufacturer didn't do that? I really like these chairs, so it is worth it for me to buy a package of washers to fasten the arm rest -even though I shouldn't need to fix 5 of them so far!! (They are Philips Screws: 1/2" long and head width.) At least an easy fix. So, this is a mixed bag. A larger than medium sized woman (or medium and larger man) might find this chair uncomfortable. The chairs might not stand up to rough handling of kids, partiers or some adults . The needing to fix (armrest) might annoy some. For me, these are a.good deal on clearance (if not too picked over) for simple, inexpensive, portable seating, in a rainbow of colors.

The support bars protrude down too far which interfered my legs from having a comfortable placement. I am no means a large guy and the add did not specify area dimensions at the opening. Might work for someone like a child but I can’t imagine the chair working for an adult

Not comfortable at all. When we sit in it our thighs are crushed by the metal. Cut the circulation in the leg. It hurt if you stay in too long, more then 30 minutes. The back you have metal poking us. The seat on itself is too small. It’s made for kids. Not worth it, that’s why the price was down to 7 $.
