Ozark Trail Steel Folding Hammock Chair with Padded Seat, Gray

Did not receive the item ordered. I received a different Ozark Hammock Chair. I don't mind because they sent one that is valued more than original order and it still does the job.

We love the chair that is in the picture! I use it in my classroom and my own kids wanted one. The chair we got was not the one pictured, so we were pretty upset. Cannot seem to find the actual hammock chair.

What I got was not what I ordered. I got a replacement and that was not WHAT I ORDERED! Because I used a company card, I do not want to go through the extended hassle of returning and reordering. This was the second time I tried to order this and the first time my order was canceled. I am very disappointed that I did not get the correct item.

Ordered 3 of these for my kids. The picture on item on website is not what I received. Really disappointed that they can't get things right. Looked all around and the picture of the item was what I wanted not what I received. Really wish I would've gotten what I actually paid for instead of them sending whatever they felt like sending. Guess that's what you get with big companies. Don't care about the customer!

Bought this before they updated the listing to the newer design. I was looking for a hammock swing for my kiddos (and me!) for sensory regulation. This isn't it. This style chair is a dime a dozen and doesn't quite fit the bill. It's a bad hammock and there are better rocking style chairs. Too bad because I heard great things about the old design.

I ordered this item for my autistic son, the exact one he is obsessed with in his classroom at school. the item received is completely different, different name entirely, not even the same type of hammock seat. the seat we received is very difficult to get into, is awkward %26 closes in on itself when is empty. highly disappointing.

Sadly I did not read the negative reviews prior to ordering two of these chairs. I want them for our special needs Grandson. I needed the fabrication of the chair as pictured on the web site but received, as have several others, a different more hard structured chair. Past time to correct this error!!!

Like other recent reviews state, we did not receive the chair pictured in this listing. We already own the chair that is pictured and use it as a sensory swing for kids. It's super uncomfortable for adults, but perfect for kids to curl up in, so we wanted to get a second one. The chair we received looks like it would be much more comfortable for adults, unfortunately, we didn't want it for adults, so we will be returning it. Seems like the listing needs to be updated to reflect the new chair Ozark Trail is selling.

Frustrated is an understatement!! I ordered this chair for my son years ago and he absolutely loved it. It's such a great chair that my nephew wanted One so I thought I would order him one this year for Christmas. I received the wrong chair. I spoke to customer service they re-ordered the chair. I returned the one that they sent and now it is three days before Christmas and the wrong chair has arrived again. I am ordering a cushioned hammock chair, not a rocking hammock chair. The two look nothing alike, so I'm confused how the warehouse is messing this up!

I ordered this chair because my daughter's physical therapist uses it with her and she absolutely loves it. the chair I received is not as pictured the backing on. It is completely different. It's higher and ribbed, making it difficult for her to climb in and out of and for sitting in. Thinking it was a mistake I reordered and returned the first. Unfortunately I received the same chair. I get that over time companies can update and change their products. However, if you're going to do that, update the picture as well.So people know what they're getting.
