It's great for catching chickens. I've bought a few cheap nets that I have returned and was quite impressed with the quality and it was bigger than expect

very well constructed unfortunately for me and I had to return it I did not check the measurements of the actual size and it was way too big for my needs

We bought this to catch baby piglets. Since it was made for fish it wasn't quite strong enough to lift them once caught but was able to immobilize them with it. Now we will probably use it for catching chickens. Will be perfect for that.

Great net, it is very large, rubber netting, extendable handle, and very well made. I was really surprised at the quality of this net for $20. No way you can go wrong with this net.

I actually bought this for catching my birds when they fly out of their cage. It was bigger than I thought it would be but it still does the trick. I'm a fishing girl as well and this net it perfect for that. Its sturdy and strong. The netting is strong too. The telescopic handle is really useful as well. Great buy!

Returned to store. Purchased online without seeing in hand first. The net quality is ok and large. I wanted a large net, however the handle is not built strong enough to handle the weight of a fish that demands a net this large.
