Feels great, with nice looks.
Love the length, haven't tried in the water yet, but on dry land feels great. Hoping the same effect in water as on land. Looking forward to trying.

Paddles are great. Just wish I would have realized that I ordered the youth size. Totally my fault. The quality looks just as expected and would be great if I had ordered the right ones:)

Good starter paddle, some thoughtful features
Keep in mind my review is based on myself having carbon fiber paddles. I bought these for my 10 year old grandson. I like that they are 2 pieces and have 3 adjustable positions. It was challenging to find youth sized paddles that had this feature and it is a fantastic feature to have. The shaft is lightweight aluminum. I was surprised that it had a coating in the grip area. No cushion to it, but likely more oh]f a non-slip grip. I bought cushion grips to go over them , but if I didn't know how much I like grips, this little added feature would be nice. I am a bit concerned about how long the paddle will hold up. The paddle portion is attached to the shaft in what looks like divers or rivets, I couldn't tell. It has a flimsy cover over this area. The cover kept slipping off the union joint. The drip guards slipped up/down the shaft. A little too loose perhaps. Positives: two pieces and 3 angle adjustment Negative: a bit flimsy and might not hold up to a thrill seeking 10 year old. My thoughts: there are some thoughtful features for the very affordable price. I would recommend them as a starter paddle
