Since we don't have a water dispenser on our fridge, this is the next best thing. Just be careful with the spout that first time. I wasn't sure what to do and I jacked it up 🤭 My husband had to fix it, while shaking his head. I just let him take care of putting them in the fridge now.
all mine tended to leak UNTIL i CUT the tab and pulled ONLY the "V" tab out it didnt leak... last pic shows difference in the spout lenght...
This is a nice bottle set up and price, but only issue is the spout has two click in type spots and it needs the second click to be sealed on not leak out. Other concern is that we use it to travel and if we want to stand it up to not risk a leak from the spout, then I needs to below the vent hole (that you need to cut by knife). I would still recommend it, but just watch it with kids and be sure you having something to cut the vent hole if you are traveling/at picnic/at sports.
I buy Ozarka all the time, what I have a problem with is that whether it's the shopper or the person who brings out your pickup order consistently crushes my 2.5 gal jugs of water. This time the 30%23 bag of dog food was laid across the top, and underneath the 2 jugs was a 10%23 box of dog treats. I was watching him and if I hadn't told him I didn't want the saturated box of treats he probably would've put into my truck. When I asked bout the 2 water he said no they weren't leaking. Can't do refund once at your vehicle. He went back inside and replaced the dog treats. I had him put the leaking jugs up front to keep separate from other groceries. Walmart has always refunded. It's the shoppers or person who brings groceries out. Ozarka good water. See photos of bent and leaking jugs.
the fact that it is extreamly difficult to pull the plastic tab and get water out of thos 1990' plastic jug. improve the quality of the jug so consumers can actually use this. the water is great and tastes great but i would rather have a water bottle compaired to the difficulty of the jug dispenser
Order 2 2.5 gal of ozarka spring water and received 4 1 gal ozarka spring. I was charge for the 2 2.5 gal of water where as it should have been for 4 1 gals of water.
Well, how do I start this review? I've been a customer from Osaka for many years and now I've noticed that there is a lot of particles of plastic on the water. If you don't believe me check it for yourself I bought the gallons that is 2.5 and Osaka doesn't answer my phone calls and nobody gives two flying ducks about this. All my kids have ingested this water, including myself. I am highly upset. Please do yourself a favor and stop killing yourself by drinking this bull carp water.
Last two times I've bought the Ozarka 2.5 gallon jug, it's been leaking water from a small hole near the bottom or side. Unfortunate because this is a better deal than buying the 1 gallon jug. Any chance I can get a refund without bringing it back into the store because it's a food product? (Not trying to get out of it - I just find it gross but if you need me to I will!) The photos are right after picking them up curbside - they spilled in my trunk in my less than 5 minute drive home.
This has more to do with Walmart's incompetence. There is an option when ordering for delivery to indicate no substitutions. They still replaced my preferred item with a more expensive brand. The time before this, they doubled every item without my approval. Then there are issues with their chat bot...
The plastic containers and spout are poorly made. One leaked in my car before making it home and the spout on another is poorly made and difficult to use without water spilling everywhere. Waste of money and lots of clean up required.
