P3 International Water Consumption Meter Accurate Measurement Save a Drop Flow Meter, Plastic

So despite the manual saying for gardening only. im using this to size a water storage tank. so after a couple brass adapter fittings this has been running on a 60psi full time 1in well line to feed a house. its maybe a quart off per 5 gallons. so far i have 4000 gallons through it. the battery it came with was almost dead according to multimeter so i popped in a new lithium energizer one. still running on that battery. i was hoping this would hold up considering its plastic plus temps got down to single digits with this semi exposed with heat tape around it and the pipe. its also survived shock chlorination of the well. and not having a sediment filter for a few days. so its took a lot for what its designed for. manual is very vague tho. the counter resets after 999. and it makes a buzzing noise when water is going through it almost like fishing line in a reel thats getting pulled by a fish does. same loudness as that too. but other than a very vague manual, almost dead battery, and the noise. its been holding up great. i cant really give it a negative in the star area because ive definitely tested it way beyond what its designed for and its handled it so far.

We have used it a couple of times now. It's nice to know how much we're putting in to back flush the tanks. Works well.
