I love these P3. I don't know what you would call snacks whatever but it's all protein and I one or two of those a day and my other whatever I eat, but I love those they're quick fix if you're just a little hungry and they're very tasty and I've been using them for months and the great.

I buy these for quick snack for my kids lunch. They love them. I've ate a few myself and can't complain. They hold me over till lunch.
