Absolutely awesome product. Exactly as pictured and functions as expected. I was disappointed by the required assembly (you have to build the whole cabinet and plug in a few wires) but overall the assembly was straightforward and easy. I've put probably about 40 hours into playing it so far and I haven't noticed any issues. I was a little disappointed that the coin slot didn't work but I guess this isn't technically an arcade level game. I worked at an arcade for years and I can say that this game is definitely a well crafted residential model, best used by hobbyists.

I absolutely love this arcade machine! The design is super cool and it really gives that classic arcade feel. It's easy to use, works perfectly, and is so much fun for all ages. Great quality and definitely worth it. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who loves arcade games!

Brought back memories from the 80's. Works great but be prepared to put it together. Can be a pain and time consuming be was worth it in the end.

Everything was delivered and, although I thought maybe it would be somewhat assembled, it only took me 6 hours to put it together.. very surprised about that. I plugged it in and was so happy it worked... yay.

The height of the game itself is perfect for average size people. I didn't need the riser but i assembled it first and don't want the hassle of returning it. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Assembled it by myself, but recommend two people. Screen is awesome just like the one I played in the arcade as a youth. Cabinet is sturdy. My husband and I play it in our office everyday. It's made for adults and children. Ms. Pac Man is very additive. Wish it had more games besides the two that I consistently play. Good purchase but wish it was cheaper since I only play 2 of the 12 or so games. But playes it so much that I've gotten my money's worth.

Arcade1up has another smash hit on their hands! If you have not played one of their cabinets, you are missing out! The feel of the gameplay and controls will remind you of your days in the arcades of the 80s and 90s! I highly recommend this and their other cabinets to any game lover out there!

Delivery was as expected within the day window. Packaging from manufacturer is excellent no worries about contents arriving damaged regardless of how the box appears at your doorstep. Assembly is simple as every piece is clearly marked along with accurate step by step large diagram pictures. Expect 2-4 hours for assembly and I suggest a low pile carpet or area rug for assembly. It took me 4hrs on our 1 assembly and 2hrs on this our 3rd purchase. Do NOT over tighten screws and definitely DO NOT use a drill as everything has been pre-drilled accurately for manual application. I suggest purchasing rubber grommets to add to bottom regardless of your floor type the unit won't wobble or slide why using. Graphics are vibrant and control joystick/roller ball is acurratly responsive on screen although I'd like more of the original resistance feel. Sound seems to be true and surprisingly clear to the original ones we put countless quarters into 😳 Definitely purchase the 61” height cabinet units and a cabinet riser can be added. Purchase an adjustable round bar/arcade stool it's a must and for those people who are making the purchase to bring back those great memories it's perfect!

I like this game. However, I wish the joystick was made with more of a smoother glide. It sticks and can be very hard to maneuver. There should be a pause button on it as well. Overall, it's okay.

I cannot get anyone from customer service so the the manufacturer or Wal Mart to help me. After putting the entire thing together we find out the mother board doesn't work. I'm about to return the entire machine and buy from another vendor. Do not buy this from Wal Mart if you want any help at all.
