Pace Edwards M-BLDA24A55 Matte - Bedlocker Kit - 2019 - Dodg

I debated on what cover for my 24 F450 and decided on the motorized. Installation was more than simple and I love how it works and being able to stop it in any position.

I love the ease of the install and how it operates is a pure dream making my life much easier and my loads safer .

Previous 2500 had it already installed when I bought the truck. Worked perfect for the 2 years I owned the truck. Bought a new 3500 and installed this myself last week. Install was easy and works like a charm. Rails very easy to install. Routing wire to battery under hood was straight forward. My truck has a positive bus bar right from the factory, simple. Power cable came preassembled with fuse, lugs, sleeving, was ready to install. People always ask about is it water proof. I don't understand this question. The bed has many ventilation and drain holes right from the factory. The cover itself seems very well sealed but your bed contents is still going to get wet. On a RAM just look at all the air gap where the top of the tailgate meets the bed sides.

It's a beautiful cover and works excellent. Easy to install. I would recommend this cover to everyone.

Nice cover, but the key fob is very big. Could have been a lot smaller.

Excellent bed cover. Never had an issue with these. This is my 5th one.

RealTruck is awesome, and the Pace Edwards Bedlocker Tonneau cover is awesome. This is my second one (new truck). I expect this will last 20 years because my previous one did, and it appears to be the same quality! The canister cover color does not match the cover. I might suggest the non-matte black option as this would seem more likely to match? Still working with Realtruck and the manufacturer to correct. It is a very minor operation to replace the cover. Installation had a couple minor hiccups. Threaded fasteners - rail to canister - did not align and required some minor canister 'reshaping' to allow rail alignment. One of the three 'clamps' did not fit the rail. This required some rail 'grinding'. Curious, that these issues were all on the passenger side rail (maybe helpful to manufacturer?). All very minor, but this did require additional work and time.

Install time consuming, but not difficult. Pace Edwards needs to update their instructions. Had to call support to verify whether a part was defective or not. Finish is good. Small nicks from shipping.

Ordered Matte Black. The cover that goes over the motor was gloss black and didn't match at all. Working with the factory for a swap.
