I really like this product, ordering was easy, communication with RealTruck was excellent. Relatively easy installation, installation directions could be better. Great product.

I really like this retractable cover, it is very easy to use. Is there any way to help keep the dust out because i live 10 miles down a dirt road

So glad that I decided to purchase this cover . I wanted a hard cover that could be retracted so I could still haul things like doors or plywood without having to remove it . this cover allows me to to do just that like a soft vinyle roll up cover . Was very easy to install while watching a video from the company although it was for a different truck it still allowed me to do it in under an hour and extremely happy on how well it operates , only issue that i have with it is that it does not have any other locking positions , its either open or closed but that is my fault because after looking back at the site there is another one that does do just that , but have no complaints so far and would recommend to anyone that wants their stuff protected and give their truck that special look.

It's ALMOST perfect, would buy again and would recommend to a friend. Since it's not perfect I can't give 5 stars. Needs a little more weather stripping in all 4 corners. A trip to a home center should resolve this. Looks AWESOME, crazy easy to open and close. Personally, I don't mind sacrificing the little space the box takes up in the truck bed. I'd rather that then a flip panel design that blocks the rear window. My very short wife can now operate the tonneau. Feels very sturdy. Keeps contents of the bed very secure. Install was a bit awkward, but I do appreciate the design of the brackets and such.

I think if the soft end in the back is a bit longer will prevent the rain water to drip inside the bed Also if there is a way to seal the front end Rain water drips also. Stronger or thick metal sheets Other than that product looks great. Thank you.

Love the way this product looks on my truck. Had some issues installing due to the way the manual was written. That and the brackets that hold the cover clamped on the truck seem to be universal? It's secure but I was questioning if that would be the case. The biggest disappointment was it doesn't retract. Very much manual. There's a bit of pull from the chain but in the videos when you release the lock it showed the cover pulling, and that's not the case. Nothing happens, then I have to walk it back. So so overall

I am not happy at all. When they delivered it it arrived in two separate boxes on two separate days. Very poorly packaged, and missing two parts. Where is there quality control? As well as no directions for the install. I am not satisfied at this moment.

It hasn't been any thing but a pain it's hard to pull and push it's not what they showed on the video not worth it the rail came bent when I opened the package

This is my fourth switchbalde I have bought be every time I buy a new truck my old cover won't fit. Never ever had a problem until I bought this last one. First one I bought was like 800 and they just keep going up to 1200.00 now. Did the install all my measurements were correct everything was level and when I started pulling the cover out it was coming out crooked and no matter what I do i can't get it straight. I'm 72 now and it's just me and my wife and I am not about to try taking it completely apart and try to straighten it. I consider it a factory defect and their responceability to fix HELP
