The packaging for 2 bottles is horrible! I can not get it off each bottle. I did get them apart but it was not easy. Will never buy the 2 pack again!
excellent product and at a great price
Add a little Pineapple Jam and you will love it! I used to purchase Peach & Pineapple Chipolte but you cannot find it anywhere anymore. So I buy Mild Salsa and add my own Pineapple preserves and it's awesomely good. I don't know what the difference is between Salsa & Picante but I have to purchase mild.
I love being able to buy the Pace Picante Sauce Mild online. I wish it was still offered for purchase in-club (Medium Salsa/Picante is offered in-club) but I appreciate having the opportunity to still purchase. I will definitely continue to purchase!
Pace Picante Sauce is one of those pantry staples that just feels right. It's zesty, full of bold Southwestern flavor, and adds the perfect touch of heat without overpowering the dish. The medium variety strikes a nice balance—spicy enough to wake up your taste buds, but not so hot it chases folks off. The texture is hearty but smooth, with just enough chunk to make it feel fresh. It pairs perfectly with tortilla chips, tacos, breakfast burritos, and much more. It's the kind of flavor that makes even a quick meal taste like something special.
I love Pace Picante. I've eaten this brand of Salsa since I was a kid(a very long time ago). It always tastes fresh and tastes delicious. I use it for dipping, nachos, on eggs, and on breakfast tacos. I also mix it with avocados to make a quick slightly different guacamole.
This product is great all the ingredients in there that I need to make lasagna spaghetti or even a dip for the kids to use with their crackers and their chips stand up wonderful with this product. The texture is unbelievable, and the flavor is out of this world.
We like it's mildly spicy "Meduim heat" version & the Mild flavor is good too, especially with kids. We've found lots of uses.... nacho topping, spread a little on the cheese in a quesadilla before cooking, a topping on SW scrambled eggs, as a dip with chips, as a topping for a SW meatloaf, topping on tacos & burritos, add in the skillet when cooking chopped chicken of ground beef for tacos, burritos, tostadas, or enchiladas, etc. Enjoy and have some fun trying it on new dishes,
Love to use it in recipes, it works better than chunky salsa because it's more runny and coats it better, especially with pasta dishes. My favorite use for it in the slow cooker: Chicken breast Taco seasoning Salt Pace picante enough to cover. Shred when done from 4-6 hours on low. We use the shredded chicken to make burritos, bowls with rice, crispy tacos, quesadillas it's awesome!
Im not fond of pace picante salsa. Although it has a great flavor, it has way too much chunks. You may as well be eating a salad with hot salsa. The package that it is in are nice looking jars and eye catching labels. Just too much thickness to pit on my foods
