Surprised by quality
Bought for customer lounge after r searching for many days.. I took a chance and pleasantly surprised by quality and ease of shipping.

A Great Chair
Clean, modern and minimal. Exactly what I was looking for. Assembly was very easy and I love the height my arms sit at in this chair.

Average
Pretty stiff seating, it breaks in some but still not much give. It isn't what i think of when i see box spring, it's just 4 serpentine springs across the width of the chair. Picture colors don't really match the charcoal, it's just dark gray, no hint of blue. Hex tool is ok, but i used my own because it fit better for a lot of the areas. Bottom of chair has zippers to allow for assembly. Overall, just average for a cheap chair. Sitting in it for a couple hours is not very comfortable, but probably fine for a waiting room chair. I didn't recommend because I bought it for a family room. It's the last chair taken.
