Pacific Foods Organic Mushroom Broth, 32 oz Carton

I was surprised how tasty this broth was . I am on a diet and am allowed to add broth to flavor stir fries. It added wonderful flavor to what had become a boring meal. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I love that this is a shelf stable almond milk because I go through a lot of it and I can stock up when it's on sale. This is also a trusted brand. This is an organic dairy free low-fat and vegan alternative to dairy products. I use it for everything! I use it in my granola, Smoothies, my turmeric milk recipe, and many other recipes as well. This one has a really great flavor and is one of my favorites.

I use it to make all kinds of soup. Mushrooms have lots of immune support. Great product

Adds a beefy flavor to vegan dishes

Healthy ingredients, no added sugars or tomato paste. Delicious base for a quick miso soup, probably also quite good in recipes. Recommend!

This is a dark broth that works very well for me for soups, especially onion soup, making vegetarian.

Never used mushroom broth before I prefer it over chicken broth now

Ive gotten this a few times because of the supposed health value of mushrooms, and to fill out homemade soups a little. The flavor is mild. Its pretty thin, like cloudy brown water. Seems like an ok product, but I don't have anything to compare it to, and I'll never know if the health benefit claims of mushrooms are accurate or not, at least in this form. In one order a carton leaked around the spout because it was poorly packaged for shipping and kept bouncing around against the inside of the shipping box but that wasn't the manufacturers fault.
