Good stuff.
I got this one because it says mild. Now for me it seems a bit much to be considered mild but my husband says compared to others it is actually mild. I used it to fold into a focaccia dough and it turned out great. I actually wish it had even more crunchy onion. * I do have a tip: stir it up really good before application to recipe. All the good stuff sinks to the bottom in the jar when it's stored in the cabinet.
