Remove leg and arm pit hair
The product removed my hair but after only two minutes of applying it on my arms and legs, I had an extremely itching sensation on my right arm and then one minute later it happened again everywhere else. It started off tingling, I didn’t think much of it, I thought that meant the product was working, and then it started to feel like it was burning. The burning sensation was ridiculously itchy and I immediately wiped it off before I had any other reaction. I wouldn’t use this product again nor recommend it to anyone until some changes are made.
Do NOT use if you suffer from eczema. It inflamed my sensitive skin and eczema after use. I had no problems with burning during use but the minute I rinsed off my eczema turned the brightest red ever! Plus, I still have stubble after the suggested three minutes.
I bought this bottle around a 1 1/2 months ago. Used it the first time with absolutely no issues at all. A week ago I used it again to remove armpit growth, again nothing seemed off while the cream was on me and usually if the type of nair I'm using doesn't sit well with my skin, I feel a burning sensation almost immediately and know to remove product. I felt nothing until I wiped the cream off. At the time it was a mild burning sensation with no redness really, and only on armpit. Well, 7 full days later and all I feel is a constant burning/stinging feeling so bad that I can't put my arm down by my side while advertising the worst hives I have ever had in my life. I wish I had read the reviews first, but I have been using Nair for 20+ years and thought I could trust their products. Bad idea on my part ..
I’ve used Nair on my arms since I was a teenager and never had an issue with irritation unless I left the cream on for too long. The last few bottles I’ve bought (with the aloe or cocoa butter scents) have been different. Even leaving it on for only the max three minutes leaves my arms so irritated/scabby/red/hive-like and INCREDIBLEY itchy. What happened to the formula?? I won’t be using nair ever again unless I hear they’ve changed back to their old formula. You used to be the best in the game, don’t ruin a good thing!!
Been using Nair since i was 10 years old and now in my mid twenties, I purchased a new bottle of this aloe formulation and I have been utterly disgusted by the constant chemical burns that occur within 2 mins of applying. Why ruin a classic
I’ve used this product once and regretted it after rut gave me terrible redness and itch as well as red bumps, I see the warning and was hopeful since nothing occurred at first and took hair off but after taking the damp rag to it to wipe away it started to hurt, your product isn’t worth the money if it’s caused many people these problems without consideration to change some ingredients is horse crap, now I’m rubbing Vaseline on it to hopefully get the irritation to go away. Sorry not sorry honestly but great idea for product but needs some touching up to not cause these problems and maybe I’d consider buying again!😁
I put the Nair on my underarm hairs and my armpit immediately started to have an irritating feeling so I went to rinse it off. I noticed parts of my skin were missing. I didn’t even have it on for more than 3 minutes. I would not recommend. Not my first time using Nair; just my first time using this scent
Did Nair change their formula because it's burning me? It didn't before
Do NOT purchase this product! The directions say to not exceed 10mins, I could barely do 1 minute. It burns your skin (and nothing should burn this area of a woman), and this is the soothing aloe product.
