They are very sturdy and easy to move around. We are planning to use these at our son‘s birthday party next weekend. The Hampden Lusitania Fan Back folding chairs are very easy to fold and portable. They are very well made (think plastic), easy to grab on to and carry with you. I trust that these chairs can hold a heavier person. They are comfortable to use, no assembly required and very easy to clean. If any mess just hose it off (if you're outside) or use a wet cloth and done . These are going to be put to good use when I have family gatherings and we need extra seatings especially around our fire pit.
