My go-to seafood/fish stock
Hands down the best fish/seafood stock available commercially. The blend of flavors and the seafood forward taste - not overly fishy - add a depth to any dish. I use it for bouillabaisse, cioppino, gumbo and often add a few tablespoons freshly drained pasta so the flavor can be absorbed and enhance the final product. While it is definitely pricey, if you are unable to make your own stock, this product is worth the investment.

Not natural. Has garlic and salt neither of to which be so use. Must read fine print. Pitch on front of box omits these ingredients. Vendor will not accept return. Trying Craigslist to get rid of them. False advertising.
