Nice Banner for the Price
I purchased the balloons as a Congrats for my son's engagement and was pleasantly surprised over the size and quality! Easy to blow up.

Good balloon
Easy to blow up. I'd give it 4.5 start because the word congrats collapses a little so it's a little hard to read. This may be avoidable if you tape the string in place and keep the balloon stretched taut.
