Pacman Tamagotchi Nano - Yellow Electronic Pet

This Tamagotchi took me right back to my childhood as soon as we pulled the tab out. It's so simple to operate but is mildly addicting to raise your character. My daughter already loves it and cares for “Packy” (as she named him) very well. I'm so glad these are “in” again!!

I remember being a child in the 90's and having a whole collection of Tamagotchi/Gigapets. When I first saw the pac-man version, I knew I needed to get one for my ten year old daughter. She was SO excited to get the package in the mail and was immediately trying to evolve her new little blob. Just 24-hours later she had a giga-bunny and was completely obsessed with all things Tamagotchi. I couldn't help but laugh and wonder if this was my parents saw all those years ago when I was just a little girl. The battery life seems to be great. My daughter has played with her little pet every single day multiple times a day for the last two weeks and it seems to still be going strong. I will be checking online to see f I can find other themed pets for her Easter basket and hope to soon see her with that big key ring full of digital pets just like I had when I was her age.

Wow the excitement of owning one of these again is unbelievable!! I am so happy to share this with my kids to show them the joy of my childhood!! Please buy your kids one of these!!! This is fantastic! I honestly haven't been this excited in a long time!!

I had a tamagotchi as a kid and enjoyed giving that experience to my kids. The updated Pacman version is cute. Pacman comes to chase away the ghosts when they bother your pet and you can play a couple Pacman games to entertain your pet. My kids enjoyed their digital pet. The casing is so much smaller than the original one. Sometimes it's hard to press the right button during the games because they are so small.

I got this for my 9 year old son and he really likes it a lot. It is a pacman game with many levels and he says he really likes that. He likes that there are a mix of hard and easy games. He said it is a mysterious fun toy. In the game it hatches an egg and he doesn't like that it takes a minute or two to hatch. This is a cute little toy in my opinion and it has a little chain that could allow you to use it as a key chain or hook it to a backpack. Although I think it could easily break apart so you may not want to do that. One bad thing about it is that it has a little plastic piece that could be easy to lose. Its a strip of plastic that goes inside and you need to insert it to turn if off. It appears to take a very small battery perhaps a button battery but we haven't had to change it yet.

I grew up with the original Tamagotchi and was excited to try this out. This Pac-Man model is modified compared to the original. It is significantly smaller with less features compared to the original Tamagotchi. Having said that, it is a solid toy and my kids liked playing with it. With it being a more simple version, this is a good starter Tamagotchi for younger kids. Overall, it feels well made and is super cute.

I got this adorable little keychain Pacman game for my 8 year old grandson who really liked it. He didn't know how to work it and it's a bit difficult for a child to set it up so an adult must do it. It's easy once you read the instructions. Just follow what it says and you'll get it. The buttons are really tiny but easy for a child to work. Once it's set up, the Tamagotchi will let you know when it's hungry and you must pick it up and feed it or it will keep alarming you. Quite cute!

I received this product in good condition minimal packaging. The set up was fairly easy. I have to admit I was excited about getting a toy like the ones from back in the day, a (throwback)! Needless to say my teenage son was not interested as he is a product of the advanced technology of today. He did not think that “taking care “ of a toy was fun! (Lol). It has no color or touch screen as he is used to and it's kind of small. My older kids used to love the tamagotchi toys back in the day. I would send up “taking care” of them but they were still good toys for the time. I personally think it's cute and cool to have as a reminder of simpler times.

I received my Pacman Tamagotchi Nano - Yellow last week. The first issue are the directions for the Pacman Tamagotchi Nano - Yellow as the yare printed in so many languages that they are printed very small. Once I read the directions for the Pacman Tamagotchi Nano - Yellow several times I was able to set the time and start playing my Pacman Tamagotchi Nano - Yellow. The battery can be replaced in the Pacman Tamagotchi Nano - Yellow. The 3 red buttons that you use to play with are not labeled and are small. The Pacman Tamagotchi Nano - Yellow is rated for 8+ age group. I could see kids and some adults will like the Pacman Tamagotchi Nano - Yellow. I do recommend the Pacman Tamagotchi Nano - Yellow for those that like games like this.

I have the Pac-Man Tamagotchi. It's super duper adorable!! I had such high hopes and expectations for this thing! Unfortunately it sucks. For starters it's much smaller of than the Tamagotchis of old. As you can see from my picture it is much smaller than the palm of my hand. I am an average adult. I don't have tiny hands. It is maybe an inch and a half in height. The next problem is the big problem. IT DOES NOT WORK!!!! It constantly resets. I can't even give my hatchling a full 12 hours of life before the Tamagotchi resets. It can reset when it is just setting on the counter with no one touching it. I have tested that to make sure it was not getting bumped. I have done all the steps to help with this issue. I have changed the batteries and made sure the cover was super tight. I honestly think I just got a dud. When I was able to play it, the games were fun! I enjoyed the chase the ghosts game. It was cute! I so desperately wanted to love this thing like I did my Tamagotchis when I was a kid. I wish it worked! I had so high hopes! If you get this: Good luck! I hope your's works better than mine did!
