pacon medium weight tagboard
before I went on to purchase more, I decided to buy 1 pack to see the quality of paper this was. I found that it was plenty thick enough to hold paints and not leak through to the opposite side, but yet just the right thickness that the paper can be folded in half. I purchased this paper for making a homemade journal. I kept the paper the size it was and folded it in half, placed 4 pieces in each section, and then slipped the pile under the cord/string that I had attached to the binding. this paper has the strength to hold up to different mediums. and I haven't even used the gesso on them yet. now that I know the quality of this paper, I have begun ordering more packs. I'm making plenty of journals.

Great value when construction paper won't do.
This white tagboard is a great value for when something stronger than construction paper is needed in my elementary art classroom.
