The build quality of this particular lock is rather substantial but also at the same time gives an ease of operation to lock and unlock. Comparing to some other locks this one has a 11,000 lb cut resistance from bolt cutters. Just to give you a reference the average person with 36-in bolt cutters can exert 2000 lb of force.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a very stout padlock with two keys. Nice indoor/outdoor lock that I can leave on my farm gate. I feel very secure knowing this lock would be very difficult to get through. Quality product by Brinks that I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a self employed handyman and carpenter. I also travel for work and do music festival Assembly and creation jobs. I bring my tools with my constantly and I was pleasantly surprised how well this lock worked in all different kinds of weather both wet and dry, and even in salty shoreline conditions. Not once has is failed to open and the quality of the materials used for the lock were a great surprise. If/when I need another lock, this'll be the one I choose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very stout keyed padlock that we use to lock the door to our enclosed trailer. Fits perfectly in the holes from the manufacturer of our trailer and doesn't rattle around. The thick steel will prevent the typical theif from attempting to break the lock as well. It is packaged very nicely and the keys are attached to the lock so they won't easily disapear before you are ready to use it.

Received this lock and decided to use it on a storage space within our commercial property. The lock is quite substantial. We had one of our guys try using our bolt cutters on it and could barely make a mark on the shackle. Very pleased with it.

Durable, perfect for our shed in the back of our house. Just what we were looking for to keep our items safe !
