This queso llanero shredded cheese is really good! The flavor is authentic and slightly salty, just like traditional Venezuelan cheese. It melts well but still keeps a nice texture, perfect for arepas, empanadas, or even pasta. The quality is consistent and the bag size is great for the price. I will definitely keep buying it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good cheese salty and rich flavor you can use with any topical food for major flavor, normally I used melt cheese with my toast and some pastas or soup! Don’t have a strong odor y proper appearance, no aftertaste very smooth flavor, in my country we use this kind of cheese for arepas, normally we make a fusion for two o more flavors, we put in ours arepas cheeses and shredded chicken, cheese with shredded beef, cheese with scrambled eggs, multiple options can be made it with cheese, ohhh another option you can use for grated cheese on the top for some foods! My favorite thing on the Latin food we can bought!!!

Cheese is within three or four days start smelling funny

The consistency was rubbery and almost no taste. It did not melt well at all when used in a quesadilla. I would not recommend this product.

Very very very extremely salty. Absolutely not. The sodium is about 830, too high.
