Great taste. Really good in sandwiches. You can have it without frying and it's still good. If you like salty cheese this is your guy. Love that you don't need oil or butter to fry it. Pan fried is best.

Although traditionally eaten differently, I prepared it by cutting it into thin pieces, frying it in some avocado oil and eating it with corn tortillas. It's a very mild, slightly salty cheese that softens when cooked but still remains in tact while forming a nice crust. I want to experiment and prepare it other ways as well. Overall, the quality is great and it was very fresh. It's the perfect snack, so I will be purchasing again and also recommending to friends.
