This is the best Chorizo we've tasted, and makes for a fantastic addition to a charcuterie board.

I purchased this for a particular recipe that called for this type. Didn't eat the remainder. Spanish Chorizo is nothing like Mexican Chorizo. They're so very different in texture, so you've got to keep that in mind if you want to try it.

This is my favorite, great mild chorizo flavor, nice fleshy texture, and a little goes a long way. Not too salty, has a skin that peels off very easy, and fried with eggs is unbelievable. Sausage like I remember as a kid..

Great as a part of a charcuterie plate, but I will reorder for dishes like clams or mussels and chorizo. The smoky flavor and moderate spice level will make a great accent in multiple dishes.

Great price on this authentic chorizo, which is a crucial component to our paella. Our paella events ares slowly becoming a coveted invitation in our community. No other brand will do!

Perfect for jambalaya

Very good Spanish chorizo. I use it when making garbanzo and white bean soups and paella.Good flavor and quality.

Chorizo Palacios are the best Spanish sausages, unfortunately Walmart is shipping old %26 moldy chorizos, which should be in the damaged perishables bin. Shame on Walmart
