These paleo protein bars pack 17 g of protein per bar and 310 calories. So it's definitely good if you're looking to grab some carbs and protein. they have cage-free eggs, gluten-free, and they're also soy-free and dairy-free. The bars contain collagen, but this isn't really detectable when you're eating the bar which is a good thing. There's no real aftertaste or anything unpleasant; you just noticed the subtle nut butter flavor and the cranberry almond flavor. At less than $2 a bar, it really is a bargain for something that tastes good, is paleo, and is it loaded with a bunch of soy, dairy, and gluten. Quite frankly, I did not like this product primarily because of the texture. It's a heavy bar. I tried to finish the bar but I could not. I found the initial texture of the bars to be rather off putting as it feels like it crumbles into a powder while I'm chewing it. The flavor does take some time to get used to it. By the time I finished the bar I found it to be good overall. The flavor was good and met the expectation of it being labeled as a paleo option.
