MY FAVORITE EYELINER
I HAVE BEEN USING PALLADIO EYELINER SINCE I STARTED WEARING MAKEUP AS A TEENAGER. IT HAS NEVER FAILED ME. THEN I DISCOVERED THE FELT TIP EYELINER AND NOW IS MY MAKEUP STAPLE.

Pretty good but it does unfortunately run and transfer a bit to the lower lash line.

Great product, slight smudging
Awesome product but I have a minor complaint. Application of product went pretty smooth. Did not make my sensitive eyelids itch at all. I have hooded & oily eyelids. Product was slightly smudged by the end of the day.

It smudges extremely easily and you're gonna end with eyeliner all over your face. Also it's really sensity to water
