Have used the other Palmers hair conditioners and already loved them .. I HAD try this one too… and not at all surprised that this one too is just as incredible as the others .. going to have to collect them all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this on my mother when she came to visit. She loved the fact it contains biotin, which is known to help hair growth and strength. After washing her hair we applied about half the package to hair and placed a shower cap for about 10 minutes. We do this when we want to deep condition. The retention pack smells good pretty light and not overwhelming on the nose. After it sat in hair we washed out and her hair felt conditioned well. The pack had plenty of product for her hair as it is thinner. She'll be able to use the pack at least one more time.

The packet comes with clear instructions on the back on how to administer. I first washed my hair and added this product I placed a cap over my hair to generate some heart and I did leave it on all day to get chores complete. When I took my hair down , my curls were very happy. I haven't seen them this well defined in a long time because I struggled to find a product that offers such results. I am enlightened and will keep as a staple in my hair routine on wash/ deep treatment days.

Before using it, my hair felt rough and dry and I was really worried that it would fall out. After applying to my hair, I was able to detangle my hair and it felt softer. One pack was able to be used 3 times in my back length hair. After the 3rd time, my hair is feeling like it is back to its normal texture. This literally saved my hairs life and I would definitely recommend to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its winter so Im dry everywhere and without conditioner my hair is all frizzy flyaways. The Length Retention Biotin Pack immediately made my hair feel smooth. The first time I used it I did not use a leave in conditioner and it looked pretty good for Covid lockdown lifestyle. The next time, I did use a wash out conditioner as well as a leave in conditioner and it was a bit droopy. The third time i just added a leave in and it looked great and curly all day. My hair is short so i was able to get three uses out of the single pack.

I left it on after shampooing for close to ten minutes, just so my hair shafts can absorb all the goodness. I love how this product does not contain silicone, which is actually terrible for any type of hair. So so moisturizing and smells like a chocolate dream. Rinse well and air dry your hair with a diffuser on low. Curls are detangled, manageable, frizz-free and super soft and shiny!

I first tried with just a diffuser see pictures below and it left my hair frizzy and then I tried it again with gel and a diffuser see picture below. I definitely like the biotin pack with gel. It smells really good too.

I love that it doesn't contain parabens, phthalate or dyes. I hope I start seeing the results as I keep using it.
