I've tried them all. There was always something I didn't like about the other brands. My wife uses chapstick numerous times daily. Once she tried my Palmers cocoa butter chapstick she's refused to use any other. We love it !! I order it by the dozens. Great product.

The product is Okay. Did not like this as much as Burt's Bees

I bought 6 of these, and 3 of them were gross. They smelled like coconut that was going rancid, and were too thick to smoothly apply to my lips. I kept the good ones and threw the others out because when I discovered some were bad, it was past the return window. I think this is what some people were talking about when they said Palmer's had tried a new formula. I'm happy to hear they are going back to the original formula. I will make sure it says "Original" next time I purchase more. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because half of my order was good.

I used it for years it was the only thing that worked on my lips I swore by it, would carry one everywhere with me, I can't find anything else like it. So disappointing wish they'd bring back the old formula. Why change something that worked now it doesn't.
