Highly recommend but boil it first
You can use this like normal lasagna noodles with great results. The package says it is not necessary to boil them first but I recommend it because it improves the texture and the taste. Otherwise it tastes a bit like artichokes. I love these Palmini products because I am diabetic and have not eaten pasta for years. Now I can enjoy all types of pasta dishes without it affecting my glucose reading!!!

Surprisingly good . Picky eaters like them
This is a great product especially for someone watching carbs and calories. The texture is much better than the plant based noodles you can buy. You can also boil them for a few minutes if you want a softer texture.. It doesn't look like a large amount but made as a lasagna it makes a decent amount .
