[Employee of walmartcanada] My husband and I were able to assemble by our selfs. Instructions are mostly pictures but with patience you can do yourself took us and day and a half but loved the end results!
Build Instructions are all pictures, no words. If you follow patiently and carefully it will work out.. The manufacturer need to be more careful labeling the parts with number that don't fall off. I needed some extra bolts called Pelram and they sent them immediately at no extra cost. Sam's club made this a bargain price
Greenhouse arrived in two large, well packed boxes. I am partially disabled so the first day my lovely wife built and I held here and there. The second day our eldest son (42) and my wife completed the Greenhouse. We found the building quite straight forward, but the instructions could have been a bit clearer. The Greenhouse is very roomy. We are" very happy with our purchase. Our seedlings and plants are growing already. Greenhouse will be a good addition to our Patio. Grand children 3 & 5 just love it.
Easy instructions. No brainer. Love it!!
The installation instruction was not well organized. We were running into the situation that someone had to hold a post when another person was assembling other part to attach. Because of that, it took more people to work together to finish the installation. Once it is installed, we are happy with it.
We purchased this greenhouse since it looked really nice and it is but..........when we first found the 83 pages of instructions for putting it together we were a bit concerned so we hired a carpenter and his helper to put it together for us. the instructions said 4 hours to finish, our carpenter and his helper have been 16 hours so far and are still not finished, very complicated to do plus we had to put a concrete slab down to fasten the greenhouse to before we started. I will have to grow my own vegs. since I paid so much to get this put together I won't be able to afford groceries after this. the greenhouse itself looks great so hope it will be worth all the work.
Assembled unit on a cement footer with 8" cement blocks topped by treated 2x8. Went together well but kept blowing panels out (60MPH winds) until I reinforced the door latch and placed wires over the outside of the walls and roof.
Some of the directions were not very clear. I ended up with bolts where I did not need them. The T shaped bolts were a pain to keep in place, while trying to attach locking washers. I felt that the square headed bolts and the brace straps could have been pre loaded at an earlier time and used for attaching the side braces, and the square headed bolts could have been pre loaded for the peak braces also. The directions for the doors should have been: Lay the parts on a table. Trying to hold uprights and panels together would have been easier even with two people. I had to put the upright and bottom pieces of the door together before I could slide the panels in. It was easier than trying to hold all the door parts together THEN trying to put the bottom piece on the door. The size of the green house is nice, with plenty of room to move around. I would have liked a permanent brace along each side and back, and along each length of the roof. The optional anchor kit available for purchase should be split into either concrete or ground kits.
Was so disappointed when I opened the box. So flimsy. The kit is not competely together yet as the the "windows" will not slide into the tracks. Spent three hours on only have four pieces in place. Still debating on whether or not to dismatle what I have done and return.
this greenhouse was a nightmare. it was almost impossible to build outside (We had to assemble it inside a building to avoid any wind blowing the walls down). Once installed on the pad, the doors and windows continued to blow open/off/daily. It lasted less than a week before being bent and blown to bits in our first summer storm. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover weather damage, so buyer beware!!!!!
