Doing a review immediately after installation always seems a bit premature. So, here is my update after 4 months of use. The gazebo just keeps getting better. All those things that gave me concern have panned out for the better. The poly-carb panels have held up to a 45 mph wind with no issues. Blown sand has just washed off. Rain has not marked the surfaces. The frame continues to impress with it's rock solid construction. The design (shape and size) does a good job of keeping our very large dining table and 8 chairs dry. It provides a translucent shade that is very pleasing. The glare from the panels continues to be a minor annoyance for brief periods when the sun's angle is just wrong. Recommended option: We have added a couple outdoor pull-down shades that have turned out to be a really nice addition as they give us shade just as the setting sun drops below the roof of the gazebo.

This is a well made Gazebo and looks great. However, when building it we noticed that a couple of the frame pieces for the roof were bent at wrong angles and the holes for mounting them were non existent. I had help from my friend for the day and needed to get this done. I called customer support who had me take pictures and send them to them so they could figure it out and call me back. That was around 3:30 and at 5:10 I called them back only to find they were closed until Monday. My friend and I figured it out ourselves, bent the brackets to the proper angle and drilled the holes. For the price, over $2000 you would expect more help than that and perhaps some kind of refund for my trouble. So, great gazebo, crappy service.

Some bad news but more good news. Setup is a significant undertaking. Instructions are 100% graphic and quite good. There are just lots and lots of bolts. Torquing the bolts requires care as the extruded aluminum struts and legs can bend if over-tightened. The good news is that the unit is solidly built and well engineered. All parts were present, but some parts arrived with damage. Some photos on the website show downspouts, but it does not come with them. Now the best news: customer support on the damaged parts was AWESOME. Replacements were sent expeditiously. No hoops to jump through. I have little doubt that the unit will stand up to the advertised 50 mph winds. The panels seem to be the weak spot in that regard. They are light and flexible. Be careful handling them as they scratch easily. These poly-urethane panels are translucent and have a bronze tone - very pleasing. They do produce glare dependent on the angle of the sun hitting them which is hard to look at - so I don't and it does not bother me. Take away: We are pleased with the product and very pleased with the customer service.

This gazebo adds an inviting touch to outdoor gatherings. Whether it's a chill brunch or a lively barbecue, it's sturdy, stylish, and highly recommended!

the panels were incredibly difficult to align properly during assembly. even with the pre-drilled profiles, it took multiple adjustments to get them to fit correctly.

despite the promise of a leak-free design, our gazebo roof started leaking after the first heavy rain. water dripped through the seams, which was really disappointing.
