I like the item, but the installation instructions leave much to be desired. The anchors they provide to mount to the house were useless, and it was a mistake even trying to use them. Instructions were a series of pictures with no words on what is being done, why, which leave one uncovering downstream surprises in the install process.

Material. Was out of Poor quality specially the Roof and the side trims were very flimsy plastic that will crack in the cold weather , thats how It felt .

I find myself climbing up to clean the roof of the awning at least once a week. Dust and bird droppings accumulate so quickly, it's hard to keep up. This isn't as low-maintenance as I was hoping.

The instructions were not clear at all. I spent more time trying to decipher them than actually assembling the awning. It's a beautiful product, but the frustration during assembly makes it hard to fully enjoy.

The locking system that was supposed to make installation easy ended up being a huge hassle. It kept slipping out of place, and I had to keep adjusting it. This was not the straightforward assembly I was hoping for.

The canopy is too light and provides minimal shade. I should have chosen a darker color for better protection against the sun. Now my porch area gets too hot.

I found the installation to be tedious and much more difficult than advertised. The panels were difficult to fit into the frame, and the whole process was very time-consuming. I'm disappointed with the overall experience.

Very bed and cheep quality

The panels don't fit well into the frame, leaving gaps that let water through. The whole structure feels insecure because of this poor fit. It's not what I expected from a premium product.
