Pamela'S Lemon Shortbread Cookies, 6.25 Oz

These are sooooooooo good. The only problem is, if you have them delivered instead of buying them in-store, they come in crumbles. Delicious crumbles. The lemon is perfect. Gluten-free.

They were fresh and good, but when i received my cookies it was all broken up

The very, very best lemon shortbread cookies I've ever had!! They are tender and delicate with the just right lemony tart flavor. I would recommend these cookies. I just purchased 6 boxes.

The company is apparently having a box and adhesive problem. Boxes are too large, resulting in breakage during shipping. Previous boxes were much better at keeping the cookies whole. I hope the people in charge of adhesive can adjust to reduce the amount of adhesive used, making it easier for the customer to open the box without tearing it apart. The product is still great!

The texture is a bit weird and they are very lemony (maybe a bit too much depending on your taste). It was my fault I didn't read completely that there are only 10 in each box. Also, they kept changing the delivery date. Maybe due to weather conditions? I probably won't buy them again. But, they are okay I guess.

I have teen son who will eat just about anything but wouldn't eat anymore after one of these…and he's NOT picky! The lemon rhind is just too much it's not sweet so it does nothing for a sweet tooth…and the sour just doesn't fit. The consistency is just bad.

You get only 10 cookies in a BIG box with a plastic tray. The cookies have a shortbread texture with the GF "grit." There is an underlying flavor of butter. The lemon is quite sharp, and is the flavor remaining in your mouth after you eat one. I like many of the Pamela's products (cornbread, flour), but I cannot recommend this one.

Not the best and don't taste anything like actual shortbread cookies. I make homemade ones gluten free better than these. I did eat them all so they were ok enough to finish the box over time since I didn't want them to go to waste, however I wont be buying again. They should use lemon extract instead of lemon oil, it might help make them taste better.

I've purchased Pamela's other products in the past & found none of them to be disappointing. This lemon shortbread cookie, however, is not quite what I expected. The lemon is too much & it doesn't taste like the real thing.
