Fantastic mix for pancakes!! Love it!!
I love this mix for pancakes and waffles!! Its just as good as the gluten pancakes that I used to be able to eat. Since I have celiac disease, these are the closest to the taste of the pancakes that I used to eat!! Love them️!

The best pancakes ever.
I have tried several recipes from the website, all excellent. I tweeked the pancake recipe by beating the egg whites and folding it into the batter, they are more fluffy.

This pancake mix is so good that my 3-year old keep asking for more. I like the mix of almond and whole wheat which makes it healthy
