Pamela's Products Bread Mix & Flour Blend, 4 lbs (Pack of 3)

I have tried many gluten free flour mixes and this is the best that is readily available on the market. Convenient and delicious mix produces consistently great results. Yeast rolls made in muffin tins and yeast bread in normal bread pans turns out delicious, with good texture and flavor, using the included instructions. I have not tried using it in the bread machine, but the included recipes indicate that will work. Even normal non-celiac people love the yeast rolls (OK, I did add an additional 2 TBS sugar to the yeast roll recipe). The color of the cooked bread (inside the crust) is a little darker than white bread, but not quite as dark as "whole wheat" bread. So don't expect it to look exactly like white bread after you slice it open (although I have heard no complaints, this is just my observation).

Great. Makes great French toast. Hubby even liked it and he's picky.

good value, makes several large and good loaves

My husband went gluten free about ten years ago. His biggest desire was for bread. I had tried different brands, as well as making it from scratch. These didn't satisfy his need for good bread. Then I tried Pamela's. What a difference!!! I did alter the recipe to suit Ron's taste. However, this is hands down the best bread I have found, next to purchasing at a bakery.
